I’m an in-network provider with:

*If you have a HSA/FSA card you can use that to pay for sessions. I also accept all major credit cards.

Intake session: $165
Ongoing sessions: $155

If I’m not in-network with your insurance:
You may still be able to access your insurance benefits for my sessions!
Depending on your out of network benefits, many clients find that they receive reimbursement for all or most of my session fees.

If you prefer to call your insurance and verify your benefits here are some questions you should ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? How much is it, and how much has been met?

  • What percentage of the therapy fee is covered?

  • How many sessions are covered per year?

  • Does coverage differ for in person vs telehealth appointments?

  • Do I need prior authorization or a referral from my doctor?

  • How long does reimbursement typically take?

    You will need the following info:

  • Provider NPI: 1578100269

  • CPT codes: 90837 (53+ minute psychotherapy) and 90791 (psychiatric diagnostic evaluation)

The process of utilizing out of network benefits is below:

  • We meet for our scheduled session

  • You pay for the session fee following your appointment

  • I will then submit the claim to your insurance company

  • Typically within 2-3 weeks, you will receive a check for the partial or full reimbursement of the session fee (the exact amount is plan dependent)
