Rates and Insurance

I’m an in-network provider with:
Excellus BCBS
Aetna/ Meritain
MVP
UHC/UMR
Oxford
Optum
Oscar
CDPHP
Highmark BCBS of Western New York

I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare plans

If I’m not in-network with your insurance:
You may still be able to access your insurance benefits for my sessions even if I’m not a provider in your insurance network!

I offer courtesy billing which means I will submit an insurance claim on your behalf after each session. Your insurance will process this claim and send reimbursement for sessions directly to you!
Depending on your out of network benefits, many clients find that they receive reimbursement for all or most of my session fees.

My current rate is $155 per 55 minute session.
