Welcome!

I have a decade of experience helping people find more peace and joy in their lives.

When I graduated with my Master’s Degree in 2016, I worked in school-based counseling in middle and high schools in Monroe and Wayne Counties in NY. I primarily focused on prevention of substance use and mental health disorders and delivered educational classes to teens while also performing group and individual therapy.

I then worked for a few years with teens and adults in a community mental health and substance abuse clinic in Syracuse, NY where I was able to sharpen my clinical skills even more while working toward licensure.

I’ve been in private practice since 2020 and opened my own practice in 2023. I love my work and I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist in Syracuse, NY.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I help people live a life that feels grounded and authentic. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you navigate various challenges, while honoring that you are the expert in your own life.

    • Other evidence-based methods like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT, to support lasting change
