I offer courtesy billing which means I will submit an insurance claim on your behalf after each session. Your insurance will process this claim and send reimbursement for sessions directly to you.
Depending on your out of network benefits, many clients find that they receive reimbursement for all or most of my session fees. -
My current rate is $155 per 55 minute session.

Yes! Online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many people—and it can be more convenient and accessible, especially if you have a busy schedule. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, and I’m happy to answer any questions you might have about what to expect from virtual sessions.

How connected or disconnected you feel to your therapist will impact how much you benefit from therapy. If you’re not connecting with your therapist, I encourage clients to shop around for a new provider!

It’s hard to say how long someone will be in therapy. You should feel like therapy is effective and is continuing to help you grow. Typically, once people start to feel like they are more capable and confident in navigating their lives in between sessions or they feel that they’re not getting much out of sessions anymore, that’s usually an indicator that our time together is coming to an end.
